Terms and Conditions
FOR PAYMENT WITHIN THREE MONTHS
1. Fixed fees for the preparation of reports, including reading documentation, assessment session and preparation of report. Please note that a fixed fee can only be offered when payment is made within three months. In all other cases, a further fee of £500 is added to cover additional costs incurred.

An hourly rate of £200 + VAT for reports can be agreed by individual negotiation. Please note that if the client fails to attend without notification, a £200 cancellation fee will be charged.
2. Court fees
| Attendance at court (per half day) | £850.00 + VAT |
Please note that late cancellation (within 2 working days prior to Court) will incur the full cost of the attendance fee and within 2-4 working days prior to Court, half cost of the attendance fee.
3. Case Conference
| Fee per hour for local conferences | £200.00 + VAT |
| Fees for conferences elsewhere in the United Kingdom (per half day) | £850.00 + VAT |
| Travel to conferences per hour | £100.00 + VAT |
4. Other work
| Fee per hour | £200.00 + VAT |
Please note that late cancellation of an appointment (within 4 working days prior to the appointment) may incur a cancellation fee of £200.00.
